Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar keeps all student academic records. This includes your courses and grades, semester and cumulative indices, withdrawals and personal information.
The Office designs and implements applications to facilitate student registration, class offerings, and classroom assignments. Diplomas, Your Major and Aid
Congratulations, Class of 2024! It's time to celebrate your achievement. Lehman College has teamed up with Parchment for diploma services. For information on how you will receive your diploma, click here.
iDeclare allows you to initiate a request to declare, drop, or change your Academic Plan (major) and/or subplan online. Requests to change or acquire a major are subject to review by the appropriate departmental advisor for approval and processing.
Please be mindful that there is a deadline to declare your major and/or minor. Check the Academic Calendar for the deadline.
If you have not already submitted the 24-25 FAFSA® Application | Federal Student Aid, you must do so in order for your TAP application to be processed. There are a wide range of virtual events that can help you navigate the state aid process.
Services & Hours of Operation
Use Schedule Builder to develop your course schedule based on degree requirements and personal preferences. You can view multiple class schedules, plan personal preferences, and register for your preferred schedule all in one place.

Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
New York State Aid is available to help students pay for college tuition. These state programs provide grants to assist eligible undergraduate students meet tuition needs. Apply now!
