The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at Lehman College represents a major milestone in our commitment to delivering high-quality, adaptable, and accessible teaching and learning experiences that enhance academic momentum, persistence, and graduation rates for our students.

Mission and Goals

The Center’s mission is to create, promote, and support innovative teaching and learning experiences. We aim to elevate leadership in innovative education, foster curriculum transformation, promote collaborative excellence, nurture student success, and continuously support the advancement of online education. Together, we create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Governance

To ensure that the Center benefits from diverse perspectives and maintains high-quality standards, an Advisory Board is established. This board includes faculty representatives from academic schools, associate deans or deans, and students, all of whom contribute to shaping the direction, quality, and impact of the Center.
