CUNY Institute for Health Equity's Speaker Series for Hispanic Heritage Month: September 28th and October 12th, 2023

The CUNY Institute for Health Equity invites you to register for the CIHE Speaker Series for Hispanic Heritage Month. 

CIHE has partnered with the Lehman College Department of Latin American & Latino Studies, the CUNY Mexican Studies Institute, the CUNY Dominican Studies Institute, and the Hunter College Center for Puerto Rican Studies to bring CUNY’s faculty, staff, students, and alumni together for a speaker series highlighting scientists, scholars, and leaders from a Hispanic or Latino background at the forefront of research, practice, and key organizations in the US.

This health equity conference was attended by over 500 students, faculty, and community leaders from 12 states and the five boroughs of NYC and featured a keynote speaker, two expert panels on health equity and workforce development, and two student research poster sessions with 70+ students presenting their research.
