Mission Statement
The Office of the Special Counsel to the President for Legal Affairs and Labor Relations is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and advancing the College's mission to be a national engine for social mobility and cultural catalyst in the Bronx . Our goal is to provide timely, reliable, and expert guidance on legal, labor relations, and governance matters to support the dynamic environment of the college. We strive to be advocates for our students, faculty, and staff and to assist them in achieving their goals in a manner that is consistent with the values personified by the college's namesake, Herbert H. Lehman
