About CHASE

CHASE fosters a community of students at Lehman College who are highly motivated about their scholar development. Our mission is to make high-impact scholar opportunities more accessible to Lehman College students. We help Lehman students apply for and win national awards, scholarships, research grants, fellowships and other opportunities.

About the Director

Augustine demonstrates an unmatched passion for improving student accessibility to high-impact scholar opportunities. She has presented her design of the Fulbright fellowship program at national conferences, created techniques for navigating racism in the application and interview processes, and built peer mentoring support networks for promising applicants. Augustine's work has opened the gateway for marginalized students to seize and access internships, graduate school, study-abroad opportunities, and more.
