National Black Leadership Commission on Health
Hosted by Black Health in partnership with Lehman College and Hostos Community College, the Health Equity Summit is a student led conference with presentations highlighting the impact of mental health on chronic illnesses such as asthma and diabetes, and our overall health. Featured speakers include Cristinta Contreras, CEO of Health+Hospital, Lincoln Hospital; Adrian Guzman, Director of Policy & External Affairs, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; and keynote speaker, the honorable Vannesa L. Gibson, Bronx Borough President. Any and all are welcome to attend.
