Compliance and Diversity is a unit within the Office of the President and serves as a resource to the college community for diversity, equal opportunity and affirmative action.

Lehman College is committed to addressing discrimination and retaliation reports promptly, consistently, and fairly.

As Director for the Office of Compliance and Diversity I help implement policies such as the CUNY Policy on Sexual Misconduct, the Policy on Non-Discrimination, and Title IX protocols.

Our Title IX Coordinator oversees Lehman College's Title IX compliance efforts and is responsible for coordinating the College's response to all reports on sexual and related misconduct, including sex- or gender-based discrimination involving educational programs, gender equity in athletic programs, employment, and admission. We also work with search committees to help reach a successful conclusion and produce a variety of reports including the annual Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Report for Italian Americans (coming soon).

Our office offers compliance, professional, and diversity development programs throughout the year to promote inclusion, cultural awareness, and the expansion of skills and perspectives. Check the events calendar for upcoming programs.
