Choose Between the M.S. or M.A. in Biology

Biology M.S.

The M.S. program is ideal for students pursuing laboratory-based research careers, medical school, or a Ph.D. in biological sciences. The M.S. program is in-person, as it requires original laboratory data and a research-based thesis.

Biology M.A.

The M.A. program is better suited for those interested in science education, environmental science, or public health, where research is literature-based rather than experimental.
