Biography
Dorothy Saint-Hilaire is a Geography and Earth Science student at Lehman College (CUNY) and a College Assistant in the Department of Earth, Environmental, and Geospatial Sciences. She is part of an accelerated Bachelor’s-to-M.S. program in Geographic Information Science (GISc). Her academic interests focus on GIS, environmental analysis, and spatial data, with an emphasis on applying geospatial tools to real-world environmental and conservation issues. Dorothy studied abroad at Deakin University in Australia, where she explored Australian geography and society. She is particularly interested in animal-related GIS research, including species distribution and habitat analysis, and is preparing for a career as a geospatial analyst.
