Julia Hood

Dr. Julia Hood is a seasoned educator with a rich history of teaching and mentoring in leadership programs. With over two decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to making leadership education accessible to a diverse range of learners. Her research interests span a broad spectrum, including servant leadership, change management, women in leadership, social justice in organizational leadership, and cross-cultural women in leadership perspectives. Dr. Hood's commitment to her students is evident in her teaching roles at Lehman College, where she is an instructor in the MSOL and EDOL programs, as well works as a graduate research mentor and dissertation chair.
