Gerard Becker

Dr. Becker is a leadership consultant, educator, senior business leader, author, and lifelong learner! After many years in the financial services, information technology, and manufacturing businesses as a senior leader, he continues to help many organizations transform for positive and sustainable change through his leadership and organizational consulting practice. In addition, he teaches leadership, organizational management, financial management, and research methods at several universities. All his formal education was accomplished at night or online while working full time, so he truly understands challenges and desires to learn. His Ph.D. is in Organization and Management from Capella University; and, his MBA and BS were earned at Adelphi University with dual majors in Management and Finance.
