Fanny Ballard

Fanny M. Ballard, a proud alumna of Lehman College’s School Counseling Cohort, has returned as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. As an Educational Program Manager, she focuses on career and college readiness for students in grades 9-12. With a deep commitment to social change, she is passionate about guiding students to achieve their goals within and beyond the classroom. Through her work, Fanny empowers students to navigate their educational and career paths, fostering success and personal growth.
