Biography
Sheila Blachman
Sheila Blachman received her Doctorate of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University in 1992. Throughout her career in the field of special education, Dr. Blachman has worked in a variety of school settings, supporting special education and regular education personnel through the development of individualized educational programming for students with special needs. Dr. Blachman trains and consults with teachers, in the Bronx and globally, as well as service providers, administrators, paraeducators, and parents in responsible inclusive practices in order to successfully meet the needs of all students with special needs.
