Research interests include internet law, particularly information privacy; United States public education and higher education policy; and constitutional law, particularly separation of powers. Recent articles in these areas published in various law reviews and law journals. Unpublished work includes the Report of the Lehman College Strategic Planning Council, 2009-2019.
