Short Answer- Database management, linear reference system management, ArcGIS Portal management, script automation programming.

Long answer- Main responsibility is a Linear Reference System specialist and Enterprise Asset Management for NYCT. 60% of the Subways network is underground and traditional GPS is unavailable. We also do not store our data in a GIS system as others do traditionally. All our information is stored on an EAM system. I created and maintain the event modeler to dynamically ETL data to be visualized in near real time without having to edit feature classes. What used to take hours or days has been cut down to seconds.

I’m proud to be part of my team at the MTA, we’re on the forefront of change and making an impact in modernizing the Subways system.

Interned at MTA-LIRR which made me realize my passion for transportation and rail planning.

Made it to the semi-finals in the Geneva Challenge 2016

I wouldn’t be where I am without the program. Thanks to the GISc program at Lehman I have found what I am passionate about and also my career.

Got engaged and own a house with my personal gym in the basement. I’m living my American dream.
