Vice President of Administration and Finance
The Office of the Vice President of Administration and Finance is responsible for the stewardship and enhancement of the human, physical, and financial resources of the College.
Budget and Planning
The Office of Budget and Planning provides the Lehman College community with timely and accurate budget information and monitors all personnel and other than personnel services (OTPS) allocations and expenditures for both the tax-levy allocation and the Income Fund Reimbursable (IFR) accounts.
Campus Planning and Facilities
In addition to maintaining campus facilities in a state of good repair, the Office of Campus Planning and Facilities provides facility planning, space management, and the development and administration of capital construction, building expansion, maintenance, and renovation projects to accommodate academic and administrative programs, expansions and priorities.
Environmental Health and Safety
The Environmental Health and Safety office provides training, evaluation of workplace hazards, chemical hazard information and evaluation, indoor air quality evaluations, fume hood certifications, emergency response, and other services.

Event Planning and Reservations
The Event Planning and Reservations Office processes and coordinates internal and external space reservation requests. A variety of spaces/locations are available to the college community as well as to outside organizations and agencies. These spaces include but are not limited to classrooms and lecture halls - auditoriums - conference rooms - dining facilities.

Financial Operations
The Office of Financial Operations provides effective and efficient administrative services to the College community and ensures sound business practices concerning the College's fiscal operations. It also participates with the ongoing review and oversight of these operations.
