Hourly Timesheets Notification:

To ensure there is no disruption to the submission and processing of time sheets, we are asking employees and approvers to use the Excel versions available on this site. These are fillable forms that move electronically from employee to the supervisor/approver and to Human Resources. The time sheets can be retrieved here.

Questions can be sent to time.sheets@lehman.cuny.edu.

Please follow these steps to create a PDF of the completed time sheet and transmit it electronically

  • Once your Excel time sheet is filled out, go to “File” and then click “Print”.
  • Change the printer to “Adobe PDF”.
  • Click “Print”
  • Save the file in an easily accessible location.

Open the new PDF version of your time sheet and follow this guide to create and add a signature.
