Welcome to Academic Affairs at Lehman College
The Division of Academic Affairs and Student Success is responsible for promoting excellence in teaching, research and scholarship; ensuring that programs and practices prepare graduates for successful careers, advanced studies, and leadership roles in their communities; and assisting in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives that advance the College’s mission.
In order to meet these responsibilities, Division personnel are committed to working collaboratively with community and campus partners, engaging in courageous conversations about teaching and learning, and transforming ideas into actions that yield positive outcomes. We strive to be culturally competent, inclusive and equitable in all that we do to serve students and faculty.
