Guests
Each eligible College Latin Honors student is permitted to invite up to (3) three guests (this includes children ages 2 and under). Students’ guests will celebrate this momentous occasion and watch their loved one receive their earned Honors cord on stage.
Please indicate the names of your guests using the 2023 Honors Convocation GUEST Form which is included in the email announcing your Honors distinction. Reminder, this a personalized link, do NOT share this link.
Please include the FULL names of your guests. The form is automatically populated with your EMPL ID and email, so please verify the information is correct before completing and submitting. The deadline to submit your guests’ names is May 17, 2023.
- Guests will be required to provide their name and show identification to enter campus.
- Guests are NOT required to provide proof of vaccination status
- Guests invited to attend the Honors Ceremony MUST be registered for the event.
- Guests will be allowed to enter the campus any time after 4:00 pm through several campus gates (Gates 5, 6, 8, 13).
- Guests should be in their seats before the Honors Convocation procession begins (by 5:15 pm) and are asked not to block the marching students or obstruct the view of other audience members.
- Guests have a dedicated seating area on the South Field behind our Honor students.
