New Student Orientation
The New Student Orientation is designed to ease concerns about navigating college as an adult learner. Students receive a helpful overview of what to expect and how to utilize resources around campus. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the many benefits you automatically have access to as a Lehman student, including various periodical subscriptions, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and more. You will also be introduced to the many forms of technology you will use as a Lehman student and get useful tips for managing your time and stress levels as you embark on this journey toward earning your degree. Orientations are currently only held in August; however, students admitted for spring are welcome to attend.

Graduation
ADP graduates participate in Lehman College’s official commencement activities which are held once a year in May. Because we recognize the importance of acknowledging your accomplishment, the Adult Degree Program also hosts a separate ceremony for adult graduates, usually a week prior to the College’s commencement. This is a more intimate gathering, where friends and families come together to celebrate your hard work.
