Pamela Hinden
Director
Pamela S. Hinden, LMSW, has been the Director of the Adult Degree Program at Lehman College since 2014. Prior that that, she was the Director of Employee Training at a large non-profit organization in the Bronx. She has taught adult students in a wide variety of settings including community college and senior college classes, inside a women's prison, and on-site in corporate and community organizations. She is a licensed social worker with a background in career counseling and psychotherapy. Pam earned a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies at the University of Maryland College Park and a Master's degree in social work at NYU.
Director

Hicania Gomez
Associate Director
Hicania Gomez-Diaz graduated from Binghamton with a Bachelor's of Science in Human Development in 2005 and a Masters of Social Work in 2007. She is a licensed social worker with 15 years of experience. During her career in higher education she has worked in Residential Life, Career Services, Upward Bound, as an ASAP Academic Advisor, and is now the Associate Director for the Adult Degree Program.
Hicania aims to assist and encourage all students to reach their full potential at a pace that works best for them. She enjoys working with adult students and reminds them that the hardest part is getting started. As a first-generation college graduate Hicania understands the importance of self-advocacy, balancing life, motivation, and navigating curriculum. She wants all students to feel empowered and not afraid to take risks. The biggest mistake that we make is not giving our self a chance.
Associate Director

Hasan Chowdhury
Academic Advisor
Hasan joined Lehman College's Adult Degree Program in September 2017 as a Student Services Coordinator and was promoted to Academic Advisor in January 2018. Prior to joining ADP, Hasan assumed many roles at Lehman College, including office assistant and college assistant in the Office of Academic Advisement and the Registrar's Office. Hasan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Science in Business at Lehman College.

Johnny Lozada was a transportation professional for 20 years before deciding to return to school as an adult student. He graduated with Honors from LaGuardia Community College in 2013, earning an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts: Social Sciences and the Humanities. He attended New York University as a CCTOP (Community College Transfer Opportunity Program) scholar and graduated with Honors in 2015. He recently graduated from Lehman College with a Master's of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership.
Johnny has done meaningful work at CUNY's Fatherhood Academy and Quest to Learn. He now works as an academic advisor for Lehman College's Adult Degree Program in the Bronx. As an academic advisor for adult learners, Johnny enjoys working with students he has a lot in common with. He recognizes that he was on the other side of the desk not so long ago and this drives a lot of the passion he brings to the work.

Rosa Lendof
Academic Program Coordinator
Rosa Amelia Lendof began her academic journey in 2013 at Bronx Community College. She earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Human Services in 2015. In 2017, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Demography and Population Health from Lehman College. Rosa is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Disability Studies in Higher Education at Lehman's School of Professional Studies.

While undertaking the rigorous coursework of her undergraduate studies she worked her way to an admissions assistant for Lehman's Adult Degree Program, eventually rising to admissions coordinator. In this role, Rosa works tirelessly to ensure that students' transition into Lehman is a seamless and pleasant exchange.

Chanisse Wade
Student Services Specialist
Chanisse Wade is the Student Services Specialist at Lehman's Adult Degree Program. She assists students with the admissions process and troubleshoots college-related issues they may encounter. No stranger to Lehman College, she graduated with Honors from Lehman in 2019, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Work. Navigating the Lehman experience as a student allows Chanisse to deliver excellent service to current students. She finds great joy in playing an integral part in students' journey to commencement.

Krishel Castellanos
College Assistant
Krishel Castellanos is a College Assistant for the Adult Degree Program. She recently graduated from Lehman College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Krishel is also a Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) Coordinator and an Interim Coordinator for the Small Business Consulting Practice at the Office of Continuing Education. Outside of work, Krishel is passionate about the arts and entrepreneurship. Her recent participation in the Small Business Consulting Practice (SBCP) has led her to launch her own small business that she looks forward to growing.
