Report of a Person/Group Not Complying with the Campus Mask/Face Covering Requirement
This form is to report an observation of an individual or group on the Lehman College campus who is not complying with the mandate to wear a mask or face covering. Face coverings are necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and maximize the health and safety of the campus community. Please note there may be physical or medical reasons why someone may not wear a mask. Also, individuals in private offices are not required to wear a mask when they are alone.Please do not confront individuals who are not complying with the mask requirement.
