I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Lehman College
and a doctoral faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at the Graduate Center
of The City University of New York.
For more details, see my short bio or my full CV.
During the Fall semester of 2024, I will be in Berkeley, CA, attending the SLMath program New Frontiers in Curvature: Flows, General Relativity, Minimal Submanifolds, and Symmetry.
My research is in Differential Geometry, Geometric Analysis, and Partial Differential Equations; for details, see my research webpage. Currently, my work is supported by the NSF CAREER Award DMS-2142575.
I am a co-organizer of the CUNY Geometric Analysis seminar, which meets weekly on Thursdays at 4:15pm at CUNY Graduate Center. I am a member of the American Mathematical Society (AMS) and of the Brazilian Mathematical Society (SBM), a faculty mentor in the Math Alliance, a reviewer for Mathematical Reviews (MathSciNet), and an enthusiastic user of MathOverflow and Wolfram Mathematica.
