Meet the NCLEX Team

Colleen Pike Blair, Program Manager

Colleen Pike Blair, Program Manager for the NCLEX-RN ESOL Program, holds a BA in History from McGill University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Colleen has over eight years of experience in the healthcare field with a focus on client services, program management, and business development, as well as 15 years of work in strategic planning within nonprofit governance. She is passionate about undoing racist policies and systems, including resolving inequities in healthcare through education, policy reform and community-based, person-centered continuity in care.

Landon Randolph, Instructor

Landon Randolph, the ESOL instructor for the NCLEX-RN ESOL Program, has been a continuing education instructor teaching medical English classes for foreign-born nurses preparing for the NCLEX exam for several years. Landon began his career as an English teacher in South Korea in 2011. He then returned home to receive his MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the New School for Public Engagement, and began working with immigrant populations at various CUNY campuses in 2016.

Janet Czermak-Russell, Instructor

Janet Czermak-Russell, DNP, RN, APN-BC is the NCLEX Instructor for the NCLEX-RN ESOL Program. As a seasoned educator, she has developed online courses in pathophysiology, pharmacology, professional nursing concepts, and holistic nursing for BSN and Graduate students. Janet has over 25 years of experience with NCLEX reviews with a successful track record. She is an active reviewer with Pearson Publishers, Elsevier, and Nursing Forum in the areas of physiology, pharmacology, and medical-surgical nursing.

Philippe-Olivier Deslouches, Educational Case Manager

Philippe is the Educational Case Manager with the NCLEX-RN ESOL Program at Lehman College. Previously, he worked as a Diversity Outreach Coordinator at the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), within the Office of Citywide Equity and Inclusion. He is a soon-to-be graduate from CUNY SPS with a degree in Business Administration. Philippe has a background in outreach, community engagement, and data analysis. He finds joy and a sense of fulfillment when helping others. His goal is to continue to use his skill set to support BIPOC communities as well as immigrant populations.
