John Belardo earned his MFA from the New York Academy of Art while working as a studio assistant for Richard McDermott Miller. Along with showing nationally he has won numerous awards including the Medal of Honor for Sculpture from the American Artists Professional League. His public commissions include the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Herbert H. Lehman College (CUNY), Georgetown University Medical Center and Cooperstown Theater Festival. In addition he has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Hudson Valley Art Association.
