Borrowing From Other CUNY Libraries: CLICS

Lehman College students, faculty, and staff can borrow books and certain other materials from their home campus and other CUNY Libraries.  Books from other CUNY Libraries can be requested via CUNY Libraries Inter-Campus Service (CLICS) and picked up at the Library’s Circulation-Reserve Desk. 


How CLICS Works

 

  1. To use CLICS, first search for a book in OneSearch using “CUNY Libraries” Filter

  2. Choose desired book, then select “Check for Available Services”

  3. Sign in with CUNYfirst Login to see available request options

  4. Choose “Request this item from any CUNY library”

  5. Double check request details, then select “Send Request”

Patrons will receive e-mail notification when their requested book is available at Lehman Library’s Circulation-Reserve Desk.  Books borrowed via CLICS are subject to CUNY’s standard borrowing policies and loan periods.  CLICS requests are typically delivered to Lehman in 3-5 business days.
