The firm of Neville and Bagge was established in 1892.  They were one of the most prolific firms active in New York at the turn of the century when construction in the uptown neighborhoods of New York City was booming. Neville & Bagge’s houses typify rowhouse design of the 1890s.

 

Although the firm designed many speculative rowhouses in New York City, there is little biographical information about either Thomas P. Neville or his partner George A. Bagge.
