Curriculum Innovation
- Guaranteed Admission Agreements - Facilitate seamless transfer from Bronx Community College and Hostos Community College to Lehman by reviewing and updating agreements for optimal curricular alignment to increase Associates and Bachelors degree completion rates.
- Expand Lehman College Programs - Lehman's new Data Science minor is developed so that students can be competitive candidates in a robust job market. Students in social science majors in our program are required to pursue the Data Science minor, so that they can have complementary skills along with the skills attained from their main major of study.
- Active Learning Strategies - Active learning, including flipped classrooms, workshops, and undergraduate research environments involving students and student-faculty collaboration will be incorporated into STEM coursework and Winter and Summer Research Programs.
