PIX 11 spoke with Provost Jorge Silva-Puras during the most recent graduation ceremony for nurses in Lehman's NCLEX-RN ELL Program. Offered by the School of Continuing and Professional Studies in collaboration with the City's Department of Small Business Services, the program helps internationally-trained nurses improve their English language skills so they can pass the NCLEX-RN licensure exam and find employment as registered nurses in New York City.
