Lehman Departmental/Functional Email Migration Incident Report

Welcome to Lehman's new Microsoft 365 for Education email for faculty and staff. This form is for Lehman faculty and staff that have recently migrated their functional, also known as "departmental", emails to the new email environment and are experiencing issues. The issues may range from a problem with the migration itself to configuring a device to work with the new email system.

Before completing the form, please make sure that you have followed the steps to claim your departmental/functional account (s). Claiming your recently migrated departmental/functional account is a required step. Click here to download and follow the steps. You must claim each departmental/functional account that you own.

After claiming your departmental/functional account, please make sure you can access MS 365 using the credentials that you just claimed.
