| I'm Harlan,
and this is my friend, Tina (she's the one facing you). Tina's a social
worker, and she's helping me celebrate my ninth birthday today. She does
a lot of other important things in the hospital, too, like making it easier
for Moms and Dads to handle everything, and helping them come to visit
when they live far away like mine do (about an hour away from the hospital).
Social workers are neat people, and I hope that you get to have your own
special one if you ever need to go to a hospital. |
