Bridge Builders Mentorship Program
In the Bridge Builders Mentorship program, first generation college students are partnered with mentors who are professionals in their fields of interest. Students are paired with mentors with whom they share similar interest and are encouraged to “shadow” their mentors for an average of 15 hours for the semester. During this time, students will observe leadership and build bridges toward their projected goals. Mentors include faculty, staff, community leaders, and Lehman alumni.
