Join us for "Conversations with Composers" at the Multi Media Center located on the Lehman College campus. Gabriela Lena Frank, John Kaefer and Steve Mackey will be discussing their works with Tania León and Molly Morkoski in front of a live studio audience. This hour long broadcast will include Gabriela Lena Frank's Sonata Andina for solo piano, Steve Mackey's Cadenza from his recent Piano Concerto, and John Kaefer's newly commissioned Nocturne. Kaefer's work will be paired with a traditional nocturne as a preview of a larger "Nocturne Project" Morkoski is creating.

John Corigliano, John Harbison, and Andrew Waggoner will be discussing their works with Molly Morkoski and members of a studio audience. This hour long live broadcast will include John Corigliano's Etude Fantasy, John Harbison's Second Piano Sonata and a newly commissioned Nocturne by Andrew Waggoner. Waggoner's work will be paired with a Chopin nocturne as a preview of a larger "Nocturne Project" Morkoski is creating.
