Welcome to the Career Services Center (CSC) at Lehman College, where your recruitment needs are our priority. We want to assist you in attracting quality candidates for your company or organization and we want our best students to have the opportunity to meet with you. We offer a variety of resources to help you.
Nearly 100 local, regional, and national employers attend our Career Expo events in order to share information about their companies and to recruit directly for current or future positions for our students and alumni. These events are launched during specific times throughout the academic year.
Online Job Postings
Employers may post their job and/or internship opportunities on SYMPLICITY’s web service. To access this service, visit https://lehman-cuny-csm.symplicity.com/, and register. In addition to posting your information, you are also able to query and view the résumés of current students and alumni.
CSC provides resumes of current students and alumni who match specific employment requirements and qualifications. Employers contact the candidates directly; you may also work with our Employer Relations Manager who arranges for interviews on our campus.
Informational and Recruitment Forums
CSC staff can arrange for employers to meet with groups of students from disciplines such as accounting, business, computer science, health services and education in order to discuss career opportunities with a particular organization or group.
Lehman students are available for full-time and part-time internships with employers ranging from small businesses to large corporations. We also provide our services to government agencies and nonprofit organizations. Internship Forums, held each semester, bring together interested students and companies/organizations to network and recruit.
